Introduction to the Admin Panel

Welcome to the Playday admin panel documentation!

We are delighted to have you as our partner and provide you with access to the world of esports. Whether you are an experienced esports organization or new to the scene, our admin panel offers a comprehensive set of tools to efficiently manage and enhance your presence in the esports community.

As a partner, you will have access to our exclusive Community Hub, which serves as the central hub for managing your organization's profile. The admin navigation allows you to easily customize your hub's images, information, Discord integration, Twitch integration, sponsors, and more. It provides you with the flexibility to showcase your brand and engage with the esports community effectively.

In addition to the Community Hub, the admin panel offers various tabs and features designed to streamline your administrative tasks:

Community Management

  • General Settings: Customize your organization's avatar and header images, update general information, including Discord invite URLs, website URLs, and other relevant details.

  • Featured Tab: Select which sections of your community hub are "featured," ensuring that users are directed to those sections upon accessing your community.

  • Tags/Categories: Create and organize tags or categories to classify and showcase specific events or seasons within your community hub.

  • Sponsors: Upload sponsor images and link them to be prominently displayed on the front page of your community hub.

  • Resources: Provide helpful resources to coaches and players, including links to your website, streaming rules, how-to guides, handbooks, league administration documents, FAQs, and more.


Dashboard: The dashboard provides valuable statistics about your community, including the total number of events, players, teams, matches, forfeits, no-shows, and participation in tournaments and leagues. It also offers quick links to manage teams and access team information.

Event Management

Announcements: Create and view announcements that can be seen in your community hub, leagues, or tournaments. Specify the scope of the announcements, whether they are specific to certain sections or applicable globally.

Matches: View an overview of your pending, upcoming, and completed matches for all events. Filter matches based on various criteria and take actions such as accessing the match lobby, changing match status, editing match details, handling disputes, and downloading match-up cards. Create additional matches within events when needed.

Leagues: Manage and schedule matches within leagues. Group leagues into seasons using partner tags for better organization.

Tournaments: Manage and coordinate tournament matches effectively. View pending, upcoming, and completed tournaments along with their respective season tags.

: Access a list of schools available on file for the state you operate in. Add new schools or request additions if your school is not listed.

Activity Logs: Access logs related to team leaves, joins, forfeits, no-shows, and score reports within leagues and tournaments.
